We have an exciting opportunity for a Showroom Manager to join our team at Volkswagen West London
The job will require you to manage the daily activity of the showroom by providing a physical presence and by managing all customer interaction. To assist the Sales Operations Manager / Retail Manager in managing the sales environment, the people, and the process to ensure maximum profit opportunity and customer satisfaction.
Key tasks will include;
To ensure all enquires are logged on the system each day by close of business.
Maintain demo fleet to ensure they are clean, fuelled, free of personal possessions and ready for customers to test drive
To manage the sales team, to ensure they achieve volume and margin objectives
In conjunction with the Retail Manager, to proactively review stock aging on new and used vehicles and implement actions to reduce exposure
To assist with the recruitment of sales people
To check vehicle displays and to undertake stock counts
To achieve F & I commission and penetration objectives
To ensure all finance documents are completed accurately and honestly in accordance with legal requirements (e.g. in accordance with the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and relevant insurance codes of practice
