Role overview 

We are looking for a passionate Sales Executive to join our Volkswagen and SKODA Retailer in West London.

As a Sales Executive you will play a vital role within the retailer selling new and used vehicles, representing the company in a professional manner and to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

You will be provided with on-the-job training by your colleagues and managers and will be joining a supportive and friendly team in West London.

Key responsibilities 

As a Sales Executive your key responsibilities will be:

• To receive and process all incoming sales enquiries
• Meeting and greeting all customers
• Logging and qualifying all sales enquiries
• Making follow up sales calls and arrange appointments
• Arranging for correspondence to be sent
• Maintenance of the sales diary
• Presenting and demonstrating our products and services
• Appraise and test drive the customer’s part exchange vehicle
• Carrying out negotiations

About You 

If you already come from an automotive sales background that is fantastic, however, if you do not and you are looking to start your career with us, to be considered for the role we will need to possess the below skillset:

• A full driving licence with 1 years’ driving experience
