We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our team at Citygate West London
This role will require you to provide support to our busy sales department to facilitate the sales of new and used vehicles.
To complete all the tasks relating to the Administration of New and Used Vehicle Sales
Checking the order pack received from Sales and resolving any queries prior to invoicing a vehicle
Carrying out factory ordering of vehicles from the manufacturer
To assist in the procurement of new vehicles either directly from the manufacturer, or via dealer transfers
To ensure compliance with Manufacturer data capture standards.
To ensure all add on products e.g GAP, Warranties, are registered promptly and no later than 24 hours after handover
To prepare the daily valeting, petrol, taxing and invoicing lists in readiness for the start of business
To track the progress of all factory order vehicles and update the sales team accordingly.
To raise purchase orders and process refunds on the Gemini system
To push lines as requested by the sales management team
To reconcile Kerridge profit report to Dealer Web and complete the deal file front page.
To chase all preparation work, including liaison with sub contract suppliers and update the sales team accordingly.
To process documentation relating to Finance pay outs
To complete the daily banking in a timely and accurate manner
To prepare the FCA file in readiness for the monthly audit ensuring all documentation is accurate and filed correctly
On a monthly basis, work with the VW vehicle auditor to ensure that all vehicles are located and that the audit is completed accurately
To liaise with the accounts department to resolve queries relating to vehicle debtors, banking and bonuses.
To administer the MID database
The successful candidate will have previous experience within an automotive sales environment and will be organised and efficient. They will be professional at all times both in their manner and personal presentation and will be committed to the continual improvement of customer care standards.
