Citygate are currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join the team at Citygate Volkswagen Watford

This role will require you to order parts, manage warehouse stock and deliver the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• To ensure the correct parts are ordered as per customer requirements.
• To handle customers enquiries swiftly, courteously and efficiently.
• To assist with stock checks.
• To maintain an organised and safe working environment.

Ideally you will have:

• Previous experience of working as a parts advisor in a franchised motor-trade environment.
• Competency when using basic computer programmes such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Proven excellent customer service and organisational skills.
