Customer Loyalty Advisor will be responsible for providing first point of contact resolution to our customers and provide professional advice and assistance relating to the delivery of the organisation's services. They will also be expected to make outbound calls to our customers after their visit and record customer feedback and scores on our systems. The role requires you to work alongside the After-sales department and we are looking for some who is customer-centric, calm, empathetic and committed to delivering the highest levels of customer service.
