We have an exciting opportunity to join our industry leading aftersales team in Wooburn Green, J3 M40. We are seeking someone who is highly motivated, dynamic, passionate and enthusiastic in addition to our current team.
Key Tasks
Preparations for customers appointed by our centrally controlled bookings team.
Greet customers bringing their vehicle for service or repair in a timely, professional manner. Always demonstrating exceptional hospitality.
Discuss our customers needs and requirements via our digital check in process whilst you inspect the vehicle with them.
Seek potential upsell opportunities.
Complete necessary administration i.e. signatures and pricing conformation.
Ensure vehicle moves through the business efficiently by liaising with our parts, technical and valet teams with clear, efficient communication.
Pro-actively communicate with our customers via phone, email, SMS and media.
Purposefully seek to sell recommendations from the technical team of additional repairs or products to our customers.
Actively prepare for customer collections.
Ensuring accurate and transparent invoicing and debt management.
Ensure vehicle is completed and prepared ready for customer collection.
Greet retuning customers and discuss works completed confirm customers have full understanding of works completed.
Escort customers to their vehicle see them on their way.

Always provide exceptional levels of service whilst consistently overachieving targets. Candidates also need to pro-actively communicate with our customers in professional and hospitable manner. It is necessary for you to seek out potential upsale opportunities and actively offer and promote current offers and campaigns. You will be required to work dynamically and adapt to what is required of you. All of this must be carried out whilst having attention to detail and ensuring audit compliance requirements are met. Service advisors are expected to complete and keep up to date their personal training and development programs. We are a target driven business, and you will be expected to strive to overachieve these targets to achieve personal and departmental bonuses.
