Our Management Development Programme supports the progression of our staff by teaching them key skills to improve decision-making, confidence and communication. This year-long graded programme offers modules such as Business Financials, Commercial Skills and Personal Planning alongside professional coaching, and culminates in a presentation to the board and attendance at the annual Manager’s Conference.

Similarly, our Citygate Leadership Programme is for those already in management roles, such as Heads of Business and Divisional Leaders, so they can continue their progression and update their knowledge on the latest trends.
